Experience
Guardian of tone of voice across all channels and markets. Leading campaign copy from concept to execution — across email, CRM, paid social, in-store and digital — while mentoring a junior copywriter and driving process improvements across Marketing and Ecommerce.
Developed Radley’s distinctive brand tone of voice and brought it to life across all customer touchpoints — from daily CRM and social to integrated seasonal campaigns, blog content, and in-store events.
Created content for brands including Pai Skincare and Double Take, and built a content library for FitFlop that reflected their new brand direction.
Guardian of brand tone of voice across UK, EMEA and APAC markets. Worked across digital and print — from paid social and onsite content to POS, OOH and press releases — while managing freelance writers and leading product briefing sessions.
Wrote creative and marketing copy for QVC’s highest-earning department, developing tone of voice for new audiences and working with high-profile brands and celebrity ambassador Ruth Langsford.
Wrote product descriptions across all QVC departments and managed the Copy Team’s workload, writing campaign copy for Today’s Special Value — the biggest daily sales events on the platform.
